At S.G. Leathers, we take great pride in offering premium quality, handcrafted leather footwear. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience.

Eligibility for Return

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and any accessories/freebies intact.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

Sale or clearance items (if marked final) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent sole damage.

Products with scratched soles, wrinkled leather, or visible wear will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval for refund or exchange.

Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or slight color differences (due to handcrafting or screen settings) are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will verify the request and schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.

Please ensure someone is available to hand over the package.

You may also choose to self-ship the item to our return address (details will be provided via email).

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to a bank account with the same name as the invoice (for compliance).
Total timeline for returns & refunds: 10–15 days depending on your location and pickup schedule.

First return is free (within India).

In case of repeated returns or abuse of the policy, return shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Products
