S.G. Leathers – Return & Refund Policy

At S.G. Leathers, we take great pride in offering premium quality, handcrafted leather footwear. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags and any accessories/freebies intact.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent sole damage.

  • Products with scratched soles, wrinkled leather, or visible wear will not be accepted.

  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval for refund or exchange.

  • Natural variations in leather grain, texture, or slight color differences (due to handcrafting or screen settings) are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email your return request to support@sgleathers.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  2. Our team will verify the request and schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.

  3. Please ensure someone is available to hand over the package.

  4. You may also choose to self-ship the item to our return address (details will be provided via email).

Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned product passes quality check, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to a bank account with the same name as the invoice (for compliance).

  • Total timeline for returns & refunds: 10–15 days depending on your location and pickup schedule.

Return Shipping

  • First return is free (within India).

  • In case of repeated returns or abuse of the policy, return shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at support@sgleathers.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos showing the issue

  • We will inspect and arrange a replacement or refund as per the policy.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Please contact our support team for size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval or after the return window may be rejected.

  • Products that fail the quality inspection will be shipped back to the customer.

  • Frequent return abuse may result in your account being flagged or blacklisted.
